As the biggest advantage I consider the location and cleanliness of the accommodation. Staff was very helpful and friendly, providing useful information about local transport/tips for trips etc. The spa area consists of sauna, salt chamber, steam and spacious jacuzzi - spa needs to be booked at least 1 hour in advance, but we haven't experienced any difficulties with that. Breakfast was excellent! We trully recommend this accommodation.

U ponudi ima moderan restoran sa prozorima od poda do plafona kroz koje se pruža pogled na jezero Rožnov (Lake... the place and nature are absolutely stunning there! Small homes on the lakes are perfect attraction for children, the view is amazing :) you can enjoy spa all the day long and nobody is bothered with your kids, it's quite natural, but unfortunately uncommon usually. so, many thanks for hospitality and opportunity to have a rest for the whole family <3 wanna to come back!

Czarny Potok Resort&Spa is located in a mountain hotel at the foot of the Jaworzyna Krynicka mountain in Krynica Zdrój. Very nice location and staff. I have a present from the hotel for my birthday, it was very pleasant, thank you very much! Very nice and varied buffet breakfast, everything was tasty and fresh. There are a lot of entertainments for kids, we have enough time for relaxation, while our kid was under supervision:)
