Many things I like about the place. Location is close to town centre. Owner was super responsive with queries. The room was v cosy and well equipped. we did cook a few meals and even did laundry. Everything we needed was provided for!

The shower room is cleverly designed with a washing machine too and the freestanding bath was great for the kids.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and the view of the river from the kitchen window is captivating! can take up to 6 people, big "backyard" with a chair swing, and an outdoor dining area, and a nice chill/ sitting area. Oh and a great plus was the dish washer and the washing machine. I think it was less than 8 minutes by car to the lake :) Boooook ittttttt ^^

Location on the lake with own access and pier. Nice room with garden and furniture to eat/sit outside. Friendly host. Great lake view, clean and warm water in June already. Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT
